Have You Come to a “Crossroads” in Your Life?
When traveling through our lives, we pass through various transitional phases.
These transitions may be developmental, – like moving from adolescence to adulthood or navigating through college, career, marriage, family or passing through changes during our middle years.
These transitions may also be situational, – like walking through grief and loss or finding the way through trauma, anger, anxiety or getting past addiction and other self-harm. At each transition, we may come to a crossroads. We may be disoriented or lost for a moment. We may not know what to do or how to continue. We may need some help in finding our way.
Are you at a crossroads in your life? Are you struggling with a trauma, addiction or grief and loss issue? Do you have a destination? Is your goal to obtain a “new and improved” professional, educational or relational future? Have you set the course for your journey? Would increased self-confidence, positive thinking, stable mood and assertive communications help you get where you want to be in your life? Do you have a guide? Is it time to ask for help?
